John S. Day began his legal career by gaining large law firm experience in Washington, D.C. and Boston, and he subsequently founded Day Law Firm, P.C. in 2003.  He has represented hundreds of clients during the course of his career.



John is an experienced and highly-accomplished trial attorney whose practice is tightly focused on a single objective – successfully and decisively resolving his clients’ legal disputes.  He has taken more than sixty cases to trial verdict, including successful jury trials in federal and state court.  

John received a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Richmond in 1988, and earned his law degree from the University of Notre Dame in 1996. He attended the University of Richmond on a full, four-year U.S. Army ROTC scholarship and, between college and law school, he served as an Army officer with the Third Infantry Division in Kitzingen, Germany.
